The Role:
- Offering outstanding Customer Service to all customers; external and internal
- Issuing Customers with quotations, confirming all details are correct and in a timely manner
- Following up quotations as agreed with Account Manager
- Ensuring orders are entered correctly on to the system
- Process incoming telephone/email orders accurately
- Building strong relationships with allocated Customers
- Liaising with the Operations Team to ensure orders will be fulfilled on time and in full
- Communicating the delivery status of orders to allocated Customers, where necessary
- Managing Customer delivery expectations, to ensure a positive outcome for both Parties
- Monitoring and updating the CRM system
- Setting up new accounts
The Person:
- Previous experience within a sales administration/customer service position
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Great eye for detail
- Confident telephone manner
- Customer focused – ability to develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Capability to work independently and prioritise workload
- Willingness to learn about new products
- Confident IT user - Including Microsoft Teams packages and Excel
Full training will be given on all our internal in house systems along with product knowledge.
