Contract Labour Solutions are looking for a Skilled Fabricator to join our clients growing team, producing high-quality architectural street furniture and structural components. You’ll work from detailed fabrication drawings, delivering precision work across mild and stainless steel projects.

Competitive salary of up to £33,590.70

Working Hours

Monday–Thursday 7:30am–4:30pm
Friday 7:30am–2:00pm

Responsibilities

Fabricate and weld (MIG & TIG) components to a high standard.
Read and interpret fabrication drawings accurately.
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
Maintain a tidy and safe workspace, following company H&S procedures.
Support and mentor semi-skilled team members or apprentices when needed.
Work collaboratively to meet deadlines and uphold ISO 9001 standards.

Knowledge/Experience

Proven experience in general fabrication and MIG/TIG welding (mild & stainless steel).
Experience manufacturing staircases, balustrades, or similar structures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
A team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
