Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing residents’ needs, developing care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality resident care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Monitor resident progress and respond to changes in condition promptly.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support for patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate resident records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Uphold infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Leading a shift and delegating tasks.

Qualifications

  • Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Clear DBS registered on the Update Service
  • Proven experience working in a Nursing Home setting (Minimum of 6 months experience working as a Registered Nurse in UK).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with residents and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
