CLS, Contract Labour Solutions have a fantastic opportunity for a Civils Site Supervisor to work with our client who is an established construction company that specialises in the civils sector, with work taking place in the Sizewell area (IP16).

Rate: £220p/d (Nights x1.33)

Hours/Days: 7:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday & 7:30am-2pm Saturday

Duration: 2 Years

Role: Candidates will be completing the following tasks.

Supervise groundworks, drainage, foundations, and infrastructure works.
Ensure all works meet safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Lead and coordinate site operatives and subcontractors.
Deliver daily briefings and ensure compliance with RAMS.
Monitor progress, record site activities, and report to the Site/Project Manager.
Maintain efficient use of labour, plant, and materials.

Requirements: Candidates will need to show the following.

Proven civils or groundworks supervision experience.
SSSTS or SMSTS and CSCS card (essential).
First Aid at Work (preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to read and interpret site drawings.
